HELP!!! Deleted User account

I accidentally deleted a user account and lost my very
valuable "my documents" folder. I have tried various
undelete programs but none have found all of the info.
PLEASE HELP!!!

well I'm afraid that's it. Unless you have a backup of course - bet you make
backups now, don't you?
