I think that you just want a Totals query (View menu).

In the Totals row, use Group By for the code and description
fields and Where for the order date field.

I think that you just want a Totals query (View menu).

Im using Between enter start date and enter end date
if im going to enter start date 09/10/2007 and enter end date 10/10/20079 (IN QUERY)
output will be like this

G-001 / Pen Blue / 12 / 12
G-002 / Pen Black / 03 / 03
and if im going to enter start date 09/10/2007 and enter end
date10/12/2007 (IN QUERY)

What you want is what you should get from a totals query.
Please post a Copy/Paste of your query's SQL view.
