help command prompt

i have sent this message 5 times in the last hour and it
seems there not coming throught

im trying to command prompt for a program that cannot
start without it

when it goes on it says
c:/documents and settings/danny

i want it to say

c:/

any ideas why or how to make it go to c:/

send it by email or whatever

please help

This has been answered by others. It is is only necessary to send once.

I'll answer *again* for your. On the shortcut that you launch the
command prompt, change the "start-in" property to be the c:\ folder.

Note: c:/ will not work. it has to be c:\ (backslash). A forward
slash is what is used in other operating systems
 
You are right. the way I described is "permanent".
this guy asked the same question over and over and over and over.
