Help! Can'teply to messages.

I just noticed that for some reason I can only send messages but can't reply to them. This happened in the IE7 N/G so I
went to the test site and it verified that I can't even send messages at least there.
Can someone help me on this? I haven't changed anything that I know of.

I am using Forte Agent 4.1.32/1088 Never had a problem until last night. I was able to send the first message but not
reply's.

I found out the problem it was my Internet provider.
Right now I am seeing my messages they don't have an X through them. All I did was install IE7.
