I saved a couple of Excell documents to a Floopy Disk. I
then wnet back and "re-named" them, now I can't get them
to open, yet they still appear on the Disk. The
following messages appear when I try to open them.

"Doc can not be accessed. The file may be read
only or you may be trying to access a read only location"

IF I try to copy or move the document the following comes
up.

"Can not copy file" or " directory is corrupted or
unreadable"

What have I done and how can I undo it so I can ge to
these documents. Thanks in advance for any replys

Using Windows Explorer, access the disk, right click on
the file icon and then property. Look if read only is
checked, if it is uncheck it. Also on the property view,
check that is is an excel file and that it opens with
Excel.
