HELP Cant log in!!!!!

When the computer boots it gets to the log in screen and then says "This copy
of windows must be activated by Microsoft before you can log on. Do you want
to activate windows now?" The i Press yes and the next screen comes up as
Window Product activation and inside the window is has "Windows is already
activated" click ok to exit. I click Ok and then it goes back to the log in
screen and the same message i.e This copy of windows must be activated....."
apprears. How can I get into my XP
 
Boot to Safe Mode, boot the system, start tapping F8 until the menu appears,
select Safe Mode and press enter. In Safe Mode do the following then
reboot:
Go to start/run, and type

regsvr32.exe regwizc.dll

OK, then,

regsvr32.exe licdll.dll

Once finished and booted back to the XP desktop, you may be prompted to
activate again, if it does, try to activate again as prompted.
