HELP: can't install drivers.... :S

I downloaded video drivers for my Dell Dimension 8400 from their website.

But I keep on getting:

Internal Failure
Error Number: 0x8004070
Description:

Did you download the correct one? There's 8 there.
Try using the Service Tag number on the PC. If it's missing, it's also in the BIOS
