Help box

Hi,
Not sure why or what caused it but suddenly when I open the HELP box to
search a topic only a grey box (where the info normally reveals itself)
appears. It is happening in every MS product I use.

Have any ideas how I can remedy this?

try to register the following two file and hopefully that will fix the issue


1.star->run->type regsvr32 jscript.dll then click ok


2.start->run->type regsvr32 vbscript.dll then click on ok
