Help ASAP! system32\shdoclc.dll/dnserror.htm

Can someone please help me?

IE is blank when open and reads as: res://C:\windows\system32\shdoclc.dll/dnserror.htm

I've tried everything I can think of to no avail. Also, a little while before this a rec'd a message saying my cpu was low? what does that mean? And my virtual memory is low?

HELP Please!

Do you have Kazaa on your system? If so it sounds like you got some sort of
spyware. Get Adaware from www.lavasoft.com and Spybot Search & Destroy from
www.safer-networking.com. Upddate these programs and run them.
