Many thanks to all who responded to my problem of not being able t
edit data on once saved CD RW disks. Purchase and install of Roixi, a
suggested, did the trick. I found the reason I could use CDs a
floppies on my former CP using Windows 98 was that the computer, bough
when computers came with a number of installed programs, had Adepta
included. Naively, I had presumed the edit capablility was inherent i
O.S. 98. As one who has used a computer for a number of years, I fin
the more I learn, the more I become aware of how much I don't kno
about "computering". Thanks again to all

You misspelled "computtering" ;-)
Glad you're up and running - these groups are very handy, aren't they....
