help and support

When using microsoft help and support, every time time i click on a subject on the index page for example it always comes up with Cannot display the page
The page you are trying to view cannot be displayed. This may be because:
If you are trying to view this content over the network, there may be network congestion or a problem with your connection.
There might be an error in the page's address.
The page might not be available.
Please check your network connection or try another page. I have checked all these and cant get sorted out, CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP ? Thank you.
