A wee problem has come up with win XP Pro. The Help and Support
centre has stopped working, and Msinfo32.exe no longer works. Any
Ideas, Not urgent but a bit of a niusance.Any ideas welcome

To restore Help and Support:-
Go to Start/Run and type in: helpctr -regserver

As for msconfig: Make sure your boot.ini is correct.

This worm disables NAV, Msconfig, Regedit and Task Manager:

This behavior can also be caused by a virus. One of two:

If this is not the case, rename regedit.exe to regedit.com then:
