Help and Support won't load

I just did a fresh install of XP on friends computer and the Help and Support won't load at all. I click on Help and Support and nothing happens

Any ideas?

Go to Start > run and type in: helpctr -regserver or to totally
reinstall help and support, assuming you installed to C:
Make hidden folders visible (Windows Explorer > Tools > Folder
Options > View Tab) first and then go to
C:\windows\inf\pchealth.inf right-click and choose install. You will
need the XP cd and may need to know the location of the folders
Windows\ServicePackFiles\i386 and Windows\System32\dllcache.
