Help and Support opens itself

Every now and then I get a help and support window opening up by itself (usually when using internet explorer). The window only has the top title bar and then a message telling me that the help and support page I am trying to view is not available.

Does anyone know what might be causing this ?
 
I'm having the same problem and I can't find the answer to this anywhere.
Any help would be appreciated.
