Help and Support Link Fails

When I try to use HELP and SUPPORT in - Start Menu - it
fails to open. Helpctr.exe shows up in Task Manager as
well as Helpsvc.exe but, then the close. I seem to be the
only person on earth that has had this problem?!? Short
of a Reinstall I can't seem to find a way to fix this...

Please help!!!!!!!
