Help and support function problems

I have a problems with Help and Support in Windows XP
professional. When I search some keyword in Search field
(for example Logon) and click on Related Topics in some of
found themes (for example Change users without logging
off) nothing happens, Note icon (yellow one) is just
duplicated and that's it. I have tried reinstalling
windows, reinstalling Help and Support from windows ini
directory (pchealt.ini). I have found this log file in
c:\windows\pchealth\helpctr\logs and send it to you with
hope that it will help. Related topics link also doesn't
work in Internet Explorer (ver. 6.0 with SP1) Help
(Contents and Index). When I click on Related topics in
Internet Explorer it displays the following error:
An error has occurred in the script on this page

I have also tried disabling Script debuging option in
Internet Explorer, installed Windows XP SP1 but there is
no results. Before Help and Support worked, but suddenly
it stopped to work.

Thanks for trying but it didn't help. I dowloaded that reg
file but no results. Any other sugestions?
