Help and support doesn't work

I tried to start help and support today. It told me that i cannot open it
because the service isn't started. of course, when I look for the service in
the list, it's not there. I do not know what to do. I even made windows
recheck the hidden sources to see if it works. It doesn't. All this hapened
ever since I did a repair install. I don't want to do another one. Please
help me to fix it.

Help and Support has NEVER answered any of my problems or questions.
You're far better off posting your questions here.
 
so you mean that if it works or not, it's not really going to help much so
there's no point in fixing it?
 
Actually, it contains an enormous amount of information, the usual
problem is that it doesn't return anything if you can't spell.
 
Actually I fixed it by using a tactiv of a mvp. However, now the center
doesn't sense the internet and doesn't update..How do you fix that?
