help and support centre

hi all,
i am running windows xp,but have lost the help and
support centre and system restore.i dont know if they have
been deleted somehow,can anyone give tell me if i can get
them back or do i have to reinstall xp?

Try this. Note the space before the -

Go to Start/Run and type in: helpctr -regserver
