Help and Support Centre Still not working

I know there have been a number of mails posted about the
loss of the use of Help and Support. I've read them all
reloaded PC health, used the fixes (Kelly's Korner Doug
Knox) and checks suggested and everything SEEMS to be in
order,,,,BUT I still cannot get Help and Support to work.
Has anybody got any ideas at all. (Whether its related or
not I can't run System Information)

it's a no go situation.

That method is fool proof, where all others fail. I have no idea why you
