Help and Support Center

After XP-SP2 install, Help and Support Center no longer
works. Have configured DEP for HelpCtr.exe even though
machine is 32 bit and still know joy! Can open help files
locally but this is frustrating and then requires
manually going th MS site. Anyone having the same problem
or found a fix.
