Can someone help? Email would be fine.

Recently upgraded win98 to win-xp. Now, after about 2-
4minutes after boot up I get a window pop up that has the
title of "(?) Help and Support Center" and in the body of
the window it says:

(X) Cannot display the page

The page you are trying to view has an incorrect
address and cannot be displayed. Please try another
page.

Even though I didn't try to open any pages, this pops up.

I can delete the window with the (X) in the upper right
corner and it doesn't re-appear but would like to know
what is causing it and how to prevent it from happening.

(e-mail address removed)

In the Help Center window displayed, right-click and choose Properties.

Note down the Address URL (Example:
ms-its:C:\WINDOWS\Help\hs.chm::/hs_exploring_windows.htm) *1

Download Autoruns from www.sysinternals.com and run it. Save the startup
entries to a Log file. *2

Post back the details *1 & 2 here.
