Help and Support Center links XOX

Some links in Microsoft Help and Support do not open and
the letters XOX appear in the help pages.What is XOX?
The following is message i get when i try to open. I have
no problem opening browser links.

"Cannot display the page"
"The page you are trying to view cannot be displayed.
This may be because:
If you are trying to view this content over the network,
there may be network congestion or a problem with your
connection.
There might be an error in the page's address.
The page might not be available.
Please check your network connection or try another
page".

I have tried these things and am still having no Luck.. I am runnin
into the problem with trying to install NETMEETING in WinXPHome. Th
shortcut links on the help page won't work either. I would appreciat
any assistance. thanks, bria
