Help ~ all of a sudden my name in my email address has changed!

I have 2 email addresses and I send myself emails all the time. I use
Outlook for my work email. Just an hour ago it was fine with "nancy" like
normal. Now all of a sudden it says "Smith, Nancy, Mrs. DoD Ben". What does
that mean and how did that happen? I changed nothing, I wasn't even on the
computer! I sent a message, it was fine, I walked away. An hour later I
came back and checked it and there was a message waiting with that. Please
help!
