Wow you are all so friendly on here. Maybe you can help/advise me. Using Ad aware, spybot, aols virus stuff and mcfee but my lil ole laptop is still running slower than a snail. I did on the advice of a friend remove alot of "shortcut" thingys. Run defrag and disk cleanup regularly. Ok I do run my company from home but thats just Sage V12 and there little on it as its confusing. Have 3 email addresses on it as well. Is it just me using to much yet my memory thing on the defrag thing says I have 76% free. Before you ask I have no idea what the size of the laptop is.... Scuse the basic language but did say I was new to all this technology

Hi up again. poota switched itself off again and had apaddy about going back on line. Must of been invented by a male..... Anyway "Muckshifter" you say to start a new thread. erm whats that? How do I do that? Fraid this ole bird is severley lacking in the jargon. Step by step instructions please. And a great big hello to all who have greeted me. Its great that there is someone out there who maybe able to help me and my lil ole laptop which has been threatened with going out the window (whilst shut) if it doesnt behave x

Go to the top of the page> click forums> choose the topic> IE support:> when it opens click new thread > put in the title> then insert your request> at the bottom click submit reply. Thats it

Thanks Teazle I've seen pics of ragdolls, they look very pretty. We are 'ruled' by three moggies here, it used to be four, but sadly, we lost one last month (kidney failure.) Cats can be great fun, I particularly like their sense of humour
