Can you give a specifc error? or a more detailed explanation of your
scenario?

No erro message. When box comes up to RUN or Save. I push Run it goes through
like its downloading something than it finishes. But than it wont complete
the last setup. I try to find it under the download folder but it there is
nothing there.
I have also tried to download into quicken from my bank but it acts like its
working but its not.

First, try running a search on a file type you know you've downloaded and
see if you see a file you know you have download in this period; try picking
something for which you know there aren't a lot of files of the same type on
your system or you might miss the file in the clutter.

If that fails to turn up anything, you probably do have an issue and this is
often caused by a firewall setting and, in Vista, possibly Windows Defender.
If Windows Defender is turned on, turn it off and see if you can then
download from these same sites. If no, briefly turn off your firewall,
either Windows Firewall, it's turned on be default if you have not installed
a firewall or whatever 3rd party firewall you are using. If that fails to
resolve it, if you are connecting wirelessly, you need to check the settings
of your wireless router as it could be blocking the download.

NOTE: you will need to turn whatever firewall you are using back on but
usually they have a log of what they've blocked and you may be able to
determine what setting is the source of the issue.

One option would be to boot a Linux Live CD and have download to your MS
drive.

Are you talking only about downloading transactions into Quicken? Or are all
downloads failing?
If it's just Quicken, you might try the Quicken user group.

All downloading fails. I did try the previous help, checking firewall but it
was no help. NEXT?
