Fine. Now if you wish to remain popular in these newsgroups
then it might be a good idea to make yourself familiar with
current newsgroup etiquette:
- Your Subject line shoule be a one-line summary of your
topic, e.g. "General info on Windows 2000". "Hi all" is
about as meaningless as it gets.
- Never ever multi-post. It wastes everyone's time. Use
cross-posting in moderation if you wish to reach more than
one newsgroup.
- Post in the correct newsgroup. Your say you're an expert
in Win2000 - this newsgroup focuses on WinXP issues.

Happy posting!

How come you're posting this to a XP newsgroup? Spamming?

Try a better domain name.

no not spamming, the qualifications i have go further than operating
system specific. Its obvious that many of the posts in this group, and
other XP groups fit into a much broader category and content at my site
thats either already there or will be added in the future.
It seems that some of the people in these news groups act like alpha
male's when there's someone new around.

If you want to be of help to the folks in here, spend time answering
questions. If your site has a solution for someone's question then no
problem referring them to it. But just doing a drive by like you did has
the feel of spamming.

i have been answering questions in here when i see something either no
one else has touched or its something i think i can help with
