Heeeeelp!

I have a mature problem! Every time i try to click on any programs, no matter what i do. It simply says it can't find the file. Even if i try to load the program from the it's original place. It happend when i was searching at the internet.. The same day i had just installed a new anti-virus program.. (Panda Titanium) And then i Deleted Norton that i had allready installed. Have no idea if that helped.. But please! HEEELP!
 
Do a System Restore to a date/time when Norton was still there and Panda
wasn't. Try things again.
