Linda, select all the sheets you want to put headers on Ctrl and click on
the sheets, file page setup headers

Press CTRL, then select all the tabs on which you want the same header.
The tabs will change color when they are selected. Set up the
header the way you want it. Then select each tab to ungroup it from
the other tabs. Each tab should now have the same header.

If starting from scratch, select the tabs of all the sheets that you wish to
have identical headers.
Then:
<File> <PageSetUp> <Header/Footer> tab,
And create your header.
After you're finished and hit <OK>, they'll all have the same header.
Don't forget to un-group the sheet tabs.

If you already have one made and wish to copy to other sheets, select the
header containing sheet, hold down <Ctrl> and select all the other tabs that
you wish to copy to.
Make sure that the original sheet's tab is bold, then:

<File> <PageSetUp> <Header/Footer> tab,
<OK>
