Headers on multiple pages

Can someone tell me how to copy a header/footer from 1 workbook sheet to each
additional workbook sheet?
 
Select all the sheets to contain the same page setups (ctrl/click the sheet
tab or shift/click the sheet tabs or right-click the sheet tab and use
Select All Sheets) -- then activate the sheet with the "correct" setup, and
simply use File/Page Setup & click OK. Get out of group edit mode
(shift-click a sheet tab) and you're done.
