Headers for chapters, etc

Hi, I've downloaded a book (Legal!), and want to print it
out with separate headers for each chapter, and create an
index. How do I create things like separate chapters, an
index, etc. with such a document - it is just over 400
pages long.

You can format the chapter headings using one of Word's heading styles,
probably heading 1 or heading 2. If these don't look right, you can modify
the style to suit you. Then in your header, use a StyleRef field refering to
that style. When the heading changes your header will change automatically.
