Headers & Footers

I have multiple sheets in my excel files...does anyone know if it is possible to make just one Header & Footer and apply it to all the different sheets in the workbook? Right now I have to recreate the same Header & Footer on each page.
 
Jeff,

Select all of the sheets (shift-click on the tab names),, go into
File>PageSetup>Header/Footer, and input a header or footer, and it will
apply to all.
