If you want to get rid of both the report header and footer, click View and
uncheck the option. Same for the page header and footer. If you want to
keep a header and get rid of the footer, or vice versa, set the height of
the one you don't want to 0, either with its property sheet or by dragging
the bottom edge upward as far as it will go.
