headers across printed pages

Hi,
I'm sure this is a common question so if some kind person can point me
in the right direction I would be very grateful.


I have a multi-page spreadsheet.

I have frozen the pane in cell a2 so I can scroll up and down and keep
the header visible.

How do I print the document with the header being the first line on each
printed page?
