Hi,
Please show me how to insert header that contains the file name in second
page?

For example: I use FrontPage to create a file which has two pages. When I
print it off, I would like to have the File name appeared in the top of
second page.

I put " &w&bPage &p of &p" in Page setup . It works!! However, I wanted it
appears in the second page only. Please help!

That's a printer setting.
Set it to print headers and footers.
