header row stay on scrolled display and printed pages

How do I get a header row to stay at the top of the displayed rows, even as I
scroll down the rows on the spreadsheet and how do a get the heder row to
display at the top of every printed page?
 
Hi

to get to to stay at the top of displayed rows, click underneath the header
(ie in A2) and choose window / freeze panes
to get it to print on each page choose file / page setup - go to the sheet
tab, click in the box next to rows to print at top, click on row number 1
click Ok
