Header name

Hey,

I have set up microsoft outlook to receive e-mail from 2
pop3 accounts and have created rules to make the e-mails
seperate into seperate inboxes, however. When i print out
e-mails it has 'Will Dixon' at the very top in bold (the
message header) how can i change this as i want it to
read the name of the organisation?
