HDI send e-mail to many without them see who else i have sent it too

How Do I send e-mail to many people with the same
attachment and message, but without everyone else seeing
who else I have sent it to
 
I usually use "Bcc:" Blind Carbon Copy. However, when the recipients get
their messages the recipient will see the following:

From: (your email address)
To: (undisclosed recipients@ or empty)

They will never know to whom the emails were sent to, nor how many.
