HDD with and without Native Command Qeueing Question

Are there any known issues or problems with having the setup show
below? My question relates specifically to having the boot driv
with Native Command Qeueing, and the data drives without

Boot Drive: Seagate 7200.9 80GB SATA2 w/NC

Data Drive: Two WD 2500KS 250GB SATA

There wont be a problem due to the NCQ.
