HDD Format size problem

Hi
I have windows XP Pro on a machine and fitted a 185 gig HDD but it will only
format at 128 gig.

Can anyone please advice how to get Windows XP Pro to recognise a larger
drive?

Is it possible that your systems doesn't see the entire 185 GB. I believe there
may be a problem if you are trying to create one huge partition. Try
partitioning it into a couple of different ones.
