having trouble

I am not new to excell only new to 2007. I have a worksheet that when i
modify cell, It should modify the adjacent cell but it doesn't. It is like
something is locked??? I run monthly averages and it is not making adjustments
Any Help

The access in this groups name refers to Microsoft Access, a database
program.
Please repost to the correct newsgroup for the Excel program you are
