Having problems with word

Maybe you know the answer to this problem. When I send an attachment to
someone from word, in my documents, when they open it to read it, they see
the squiggly little underlines under proper names, as if it is being
identified as a spelling error, but when they print the attachment, this does
not appear. Am I doing something wrong?

Hi troubled

The wiggly lines under spelling mistakes never print. They are just there to
warn the user that there may be a spelling error.

Does your colleague see words identified as a mistake that Word does not
identify as a mistake in your Word? This can happen if you have added a word
to your custom dictionary, but that word does not appear in your
colleague's dictionary.

Hope this helps.

And if you don't want your colleague to see these words as misspelled, you
can format them as "no proofing" or "Do not check spelling or grammar."
Select the word, go to Tools | Language | Set Language, and either (in Word
97 or earlier) select "(no proofing)" as the language or (Word 2000 and
above) check the box for "Do not check spelling or grammar."

This is obviously a lot of work. To make it easier, define a character style
(based on Default Paragraph Font) as Default Paragraph Font + Do not check
spelling or grammar. Apply this character style to words you don't want to
be marked as misspelled.
