Having problems with IFrames

I am trying to access a web site (http://entropymusic.com/index.php) and when I go to the downloads page all that comes up is the following message

If you can see this, your browser does not support iframes! Please upgrade your browser

How do I activate the IFrames within IE6?

Tools/Internet Options/Security/Custom level.

Under "Launching programs and files in Iframes"

This could be a security issue, make sure you have all the necessary updates
from MS.

I checked out the security stuff, and i looks like it is active/set to enabled..

Is there somewhere else to look?
