Having problems trans: pitures

hope some body can help me been trying to tran: a piture from a web to
another site i have been on a site to reduce the size of pitures but it
still won't work comes up with a white box with a red X in the top left i
have done all the neccesary url things ie copy, paste ect still know joy
would it be something in my setting which is blocking it
if some body can help much app:

Maybe I'm misunderstanding you. As read, your post seems to indicate that your are trying
to copy and paste an image to a web page. You don't say which software you are using for
designing/editing the web page. So, I'll just go for the basic, and think that perhaps
the source code path for the image isn't correct, and/or you didn't upload the image to
the server, or to the correct folder on the server. Anyway, this is a Windows XP group.
What you are asking is not a Windows XP question. If you are using a Microsoft product
like FrontPage, or Publisher for web designing and editing, then it would be appropriate
to post your question to the groups:

microsoft.public.frontpage.client
microsoft.public.publisher

If you aren't using a Microsoft product, do a Google search for web page design tutorials.
