I use to be able to send out my pictures through windows, however now I am
receiving this error:

The host 'POP3' could not be found. Please verify that you have entered the
server name correctly.
Account: 'POP3', Server: 'POP3', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL):
No, Socket Error: 11001, Error Number: 0x800CCC0Ded

I have ensured the right info for the account is correct with respect to the
server. I have also encrypted the e-mails thinking that may have been the
problem. Any ideas would be really helpful as I am not sre what to do

Thanks

'POP3' is not a valid server name, even though it is a valid protocol.
Ask your email provider for their instructions for setting up to use their
email servers. If they haven't written instructions for Windows Mail
yet, their instructions for Outlook Express should also work under
Windows Mail if they don't call for the HTTP protocol. Many people
choose their internet providers as their email providers also, since most
internet accounts include one or more email accounts. These instructions
are probably somewhere on their web site. Or, you could tell us who
your email provider is and see if anyone here already knows where to
find their instructions.

Depending on what changes you need in the account, it may be easiesr
to remove your old email account under Windows Mail, then restart
Windows Mail and add it again using the instructions.
