Ok I dunno if I'm even in the right category... but I'm having a lot of trouble with xp... when I first installed xp on my computer it was working fine, then something happened and we had to re-install xp onto our computer. I notice that each time you install xp on your computer it makes account files... but when we re-installed xp all of our old account files were still there, and all of our old stuff! I feel that all the old stuff that was on our computer is causing our computer to not work so well... is there any method I can use when re-installing xp where it erases everything, just like a full computer restore?!
