having 2 sign on,

I would like to have two seperate sign in for the same computer, one for my
husband and one for me. So that he has his own desk top and e-mail. And I
have mine.
Is that possible? and how do i do that.?
 
To add a user account in Windows XP go to Start>Control Panel>User
Accounts>Create A New Account.
