This is probably a real stupid question from a real beginer.

For some reason I have to input decimal point as "," not "."

Example: 123.45 is not recognised. But 123,24 is recognised.

Please help as this is driving me crazy! (You can
probably imagine how many times I have to re-input data. -
It is just so natural to use the "."

PS: Can any of you Big-Brains help with another issue that I have posted in the Outlook discussion section as follows (no useful answers received yet)

Issue: Various recipients cannot open Word/Excel/pdf files. When I send bcc to myself in hotmail and local server, I can open.

Question: What am I doing wrong

Difficulty: I am a complete novice at this and am probably doing something really stupid

Appeal: Please help. I need all the help that I can get

Hi Nick

Do they get a error?
Can they open other files that anybody else sent them?

Hi Ron

Thanks for getting back to me on this

They do not get an error message. Just cannot open when they click on attachment

They can open attachments sent by others

Any ideas

Cheers

Nick

Strange, but let them try this.
I don't think this will work because they can open other files.

Go to Tools, Options, General and make sure that Ignore
other applications is not checked.
