I discovered I have a trojan horse virus in my computer..Windows XP home..I went to my anti virus web site and followed their instructions on how to remove or stop it..it said to disable system restore.. then restart my computer.. I did this and now my computer will not reboot no matter what I have tried, it just gives me the windows xp screen with a green bar scrolling, and when I try to get into system recovery it will not let me when I push F10, says starting HP system recovery then just gives me a black HP invent logo screen with a blue bar scrolling at the bottom but will not open..when I try to get into safe mode or safe mode with command prompt it just fills my screen with a bunch of lingo I don't understand, will not take me into safe mode or give me a command prompt.. says something about a windows whistler personal... I do not have recovery disks, none came with my computer. any one have any ideas???? Please help!
