Have My Computer, My Documents and IE display for all users in WXP

I want to display My Computer, My Documents and Internet Explorer on all user
desktops in Win XP. The computer is a member of a domain and everytime a new
user logs in, he has to 'turn on' My Computer, My Documents and Internet
Explorer. How can I set this up so they automatically display?
 
You can do this by modifying the default profile, wth the proviso that this
will only apply to users who haven't logged-on to that computer previously.
