Have IP address & can ping websites, but can't open website

I have released my IP and renewed it, pinged websites.
But in Internet Explorer, I cannot open a page. Would it
be a virus or something else? I can't figure it out.
Let me know if you need any other info.

Sounds like you are missing a DNS ip address. Try
204.147.80.5

It is setup to obtain the DNS automatically.
Do I still change it?
